Term’s and Conditions

  • No images or products will be provided before payment is made in full.
  • Cameras, including phones and recording devices, may not be used during the session.
  • There is no guarantee of the number of the images presented from a session. However, I aim to deliver 40 plus edited images.
  • As an artist, I reserve the right to artistically to artistically interpret what I see and in what ways I choose to photograph a scene. I may feel a certain image may work better in B&W.
  • The retainer is payable via Bank Transfer, Paypal, Website (also Paypal) or cash.
  • Galleries are usually completed in a 3-week time frame due to the nature of my business, sometimes turnaround will be quicker or slower depending on when newborn babies arrive. Please be patient I always update and give a rough turnaround time at the time of your session.
  • I run a small business, I am happy to arrange payment plans, I do however need orders to come in at a timely manner. Galleries are live for two weeks. Please do not try to negotiate pricing I already charge a lot less than other photographers of my calibre and to be fair to all my clients, my pricing is the same for everyone it is unfair to expect a different rate.
  • If Client cancels for reasons that are acceptable to the Photographer, your retainer will be refunded. i.e. due to Fire, Casualty, Strike or act of God, or cause beyond the control of the parties. If Photographer cancels due to illness and cannot fit a client in – retainer will be refunded. (I never overbook myself so always leave gaps for clients should they need to change the date).
  • The Photographer can recommend print labs to obtain prints should digital images be purchased, however the Photographer can accept no liability for the clients use of labs and colours, tones and density matching the images the client has received from the Photographer, for properly printed products it is always worth considering using professional labs or buying directly from the Photographer.
  • The price list is relevant to the booking from 2 months from the date of the shoot, if prices are changed two months after shoot date, the client may move onto the new pricing.
  • No orders will be completed without payment in full, if you require a payment plan please get in touch, however, images are not released until payment is made in full.
  • All complaints should be raised by the Client directly to the Photographer in writing within 14 days of the occurrence which gives rise to the complaint. The Photographer will consider the complaint and shall provide a response to the Client within 14 days of receipt of that Complaint. In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint, the Client may request the Guild of Photographers to mediate but only on the basis that its decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
